Founded the Company in 1994 to provide specialized steel fabrication and construction services such as Fuel Storage Tanks, Smokestacks, Penstocks, Communication Towers, process Piping, Boiler Tube panels, etc.

Major Projects Participated:

  • Construction of Underground Fuel Hydrant System for NAIA Terminal 1 & 2
  • Rehabilitation of Power Boilers of National Power Corporation’s Malaya, Manila, Bataan and Calaca Power Plants
  • Fabrication of Boiler tube panes for various overseas power plant contracts of Babcock Hitachi Phils.
  • Fabrication and construction of Communication Cellsites for SMART, ISLACOM< NEXTEL and DIGITEL.
  • Fabrication and erection of Smokestacks for MIRANT Power Plant in Iloilo and Aklan.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT AT AG&P

  • Responsible for setting-up the Quality Assurance System and organization for steel fabrication and offshore construction. The system, which is presently enforced, meets the requirements of International Clients and the various International Engineering, Construction and Fabrication Codes such as ASME, AWS, API, AISC, etc.
  • Responsible  for  the successful application  of  AG&P for the prestigious American Society  of  Mechanical Engineers  (ASME)  Pressure Vessel (“U”) and Power Boiler (“S”) Certificates of Authorization.
  • Responsible  for obtaining  for  AG&P,  the American Petroleum Institute (API) Authorization to use the API Monogram for structural pipe fabrication.
  • Participated  in the planning and fabrication of  over 1,000 tons Duplex Stainless Steel for the Sour Service requirement  of the ONGC South Bassein Field and Process Platform.
  • Participated in the planning and execution of the various construction and fabrication projects such as offshore oil production facilities for Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Alaska.

Responsible for the planning, construction and start-up of the various Materials Testing Laboratories of MIRDC. These include the Chemical, Mechanical, Metalographic, NDT, Corrosion and Sand Laboratories.
